PIA Process

Step 1. Discovery Session

Once you are booked into a Discovery Session with an experienced and knowledgeable Investor Relations team member, we take the time to thoroughly understand your current financial position and financial goals. We diagnose exactly what you need to make sure you are in the position to start your investment property journey with us. During your Discovery Session, we will get to know where you are currently at and where you want to be, so a road map can be designed to show you how to get to your destination along your investment property journey.

Step 2. MAP Session

In our MAP Session, we will review your current financial position and financial goals and we will develop a strategic investment property acquisition plan. Accumulating wealth through investment properties can be scary and complicated by the many factors that need to be considered prior, during and after an investment property purchase has been made. Leveraging our wealth of knowledge and experience, we openly discuss the many options available to help you achieve your financial goals sooner.

Step 3. Planning

After your MAP session, you will be armed with important questions to ask your financial lender or mortgage broker, financial advisor, accountant, and solicitor to ensure your team of professionals are working cohesively together to achieve your financial goals.

Step 4. Property Investment Agent

Start your investment property journey with PIA, our buyer’s agency where we source, negotiate, and secure a smart investment property purchase for you. From your MAP session, we understand what you need, and we will help you get started on building your property empire as a first-time property investor or to compliment your current investment property portfolio. We research, locate and secure investment properties for our clients daily, including weekends!

Step 5. Investment Property Review

We research, secure smart investment property purchases and finalise negotiations on your behalf. Our PIA team will hold your hand throughout the purchasing process. We can also assist you with engaging a solicitor to review the contracts and carry out building and pest, and strata checks.

Step 6. Manage Your Asset

Once your investment property has settled, we need a suitable Property Asset Manager to ensure your investment property is working for you. Here, we will walk you through the process, helping you interview potential Property Asset Managers, who can assist with any maintenance work and discuss insurance arrangements.

Step 7. Investment Property Portfolio Review

When the investment property has settled, we will review your current financial position for your next investment property purchase. Once we establish a strong investment property portfolio for you, we can source and recommend opportunities to compliment your growing investment property portfolio.

Step 8. Repeat the Cycle

Now you are ready to go again! Apply this strategy not once, but until you are able to live life on your terms!
