After you purchase your MAP session via online payment you will be contacted by the Investor Relations team within 24 business hours to organise your time to attend the session and tell you how to prepare for the session. A receipt of payment will be sent to you straight after the payment goes through via your email. If you have any questions about your payment, booking or anything else please email us on admin@propertyinvestmentagents.com.au.
Unable to attend the MAP session
To rebook or cancel your MAP session, you will need to give us more than 72 hours’ notice without incurring any penalties. If you provide us with your cancellation notice within 48 hours’ notice of your scheduled MAP session you will forfeit 50% of your MAP session fee. If you provide us with your cancellation notice within 24 hours’ notice of your scheduled MAP session you will forfeit 100% of your MAP session fee.
